Kenali dan tangani Stress

Stress is a physical, emotional and mental reaction to change. It encompresses pressure, burden, conflict, tension, fatigue, nervousness, anxiety, panic and loss of vitality that often happens when changes occur to either body or state of mind.

Why do we stress?

1)Personal disappointment
2)Family-domestic problem,financial problem etc.
3)Occupation-not excelling in job,excessive workload, not promoted, loss of work etc.
4)Uncomfortable environment
5)etc.

Sign of stress

1)Increase in heartbeat
2)Sudden temper
3)Despondent
4)Loss of interest in job
5)Loss in apetit
6)Lack of sleep
7)Tendency to raise voice

How to react when dealing with stress?

1)Relax-breath deep and exhale slowly
2)Seek advice
3)Withdraw to another place to control your anger
4)Acceept the fact that people make mistakes
5)Do not be alone go and talk to friends.

Perform the followings:

1)Stay calm
2)Breath
3)Say to yourself 'just relax'
4)Rest and listen to music
5)Do good deeds / nice thing to people
6)Perform physical activities
7)Exercise
8)Have chat with someone
9)share your problem

In fatigue engineering ;
High stress creates low lifecycle, low stress creates high lifecycle.
And it applies in your life too. So be at your very less stress level and live a happy life.
